About the Retreat

Using the Japji sacred words as a reference and bringing your own holy words if they are a reference for you. Finding the holy language inside that helps you weather any life storms.

Itinerary

The retreat is fully catered,  starting with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday, with delicious food that will be tailored around your own diets and allergies.

All rooms are ensuite, we have access to twins and singles, but space is limited, as the rooms are also rented out to individual retreaters who have come for spiritual reflection. This retreat is for all genders, but if you have someone in mind you want to share a room with, please let me know at time of booking.

Arrival Friday early afternoon. Departure Sunday after lunch. Sunday is Fathers Day (for reference)  Full schedule will be shared on social media/newsletter nearer the time, but you can expect daily yoga, meditation, chanting, singing, sound healing with the voice, reflection, sharing, and learning. This weekend promotes wellbeing through singing, and is part funded by Arts Council Money. All of the projects I undertake are aimed at people healing, finding joy and meaning and exploring tools to help them live with less fear and more faith. The vehicle I do this through is music.

This workshop would suit:

* People already working within yoga/wellness who wish to learn more about chanting, or learn to lead chanting and kirtan.

* People who are interested in yogic and spiritual references and who wish to deepen their understanding.

* People who need a weekend of peace, rest and relaxation and community in a stunning setting.

* Those wishing to experience sacred music, in a sacred space, with like minded individuals.

* People who have experienced life transitions and who are looking for a way to heal and balance.

* People who love to sing, and who want to explore the amazing things that the voice can do!
